A holder of the following experience_
- 8+ year work background in Product Design and Service Design
- Proficient usage of CX, UX, and UI modeling and prototyping tools
- A portfolio of design capabilities (as a must)
- Proven leadership expertise in leading a team of 5-10+ designers
- Background working with US/European agencies and clients
- Communication with clients at the managerial level
- Demonstrated success in team-building /management and as a team player in previous position(s)
- Passionate for mentorship, to share knowledge of competency model development
- Skilled negotiation and organizational management
- Being a bright communicator/presenter/public speaker
- Presentation and sales acumen
- Ability to multi-task and set workload priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Readiness for non-regular business trips in a post-quarantine era
- Fluent English speaking skills

- Driving Product and Service Design methodology standards (people, process, tools, workshops, artifacts)
- Developing knowledge and skills of designers and propagating knowledge sharing culture within the team and maximizing group dynamics
- Developing storytelling and presentation skills of designers in your location
- Active engagement and support of global XD team on pre-sales activities
- Evangelizing the Design Thinking process by speaking regularly at events and conferences
- Providing project guidance and helping the professional growth of your team
- Interacting with customer teams to help them maximize their investments in design and technology and achieve expected objectives and business
- Constant seeking proficiency in representing SoftServe's value proposition
- Evangelizing SoftServe XD capabilities and Design Thinking process both internally and publicly by speaking at public events and conferences
