This bright and energetic individual will have the opportunity to work within Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target tools to build, launch, analyze and understand personalized experiences that allow the company to effectively interpret and understand the impact of personalization on the customer experience. This role has responsibility for handling both maintenance and requests for Adobe Target experience creation and the analysis of the piloted experiences. Responsibilities also include operational reporting support in monthly OPS, Personalization Board meetings and/or other necessary communication channels to effectively manage our strategy implementation, progress and results.This role demands an analytical aptitude and general curiosity of how things work!- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in business, data analysis, or similar- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable in communicating directly with various stakeholders within the organization, Marcom, BL- Exhibits fortitude in evaluating and organizing complex requirements and simplifying the understanding of it- High level of comfort with owning projects, the strategy and the associated decisions and recommendations; managing other strong personalities- Global experience - working with regional teams- Familiarity with foundational elements of data driven marketing strategy and/or personalization strategy- Analytical aptitude- Reasonable level of experience and comfortability with data, data management, for purposes of reporting and analysis; usage of enterprise tooling- Competency in Microsoft Excel or similar data tools- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics tool/data or Adobe Target especially appreciated!Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering or other quantitative discipline.
