.Overview: STATEMENT:The Manager, Financial Systems & Process will have the overall financial system related responsibilities including system support, project management and user training for SAM/CAM region. This role will manage SAM/CAM projects that are related to financial systems and will the take on the lead role to represent the Finance users community to work directly with the IS team to ensure all projects are meeting all requirements and deadlines. Additionally, the Manager, Financial Systems & Processes will help to develop and roll out guidelines and process flow and provide necessary training to the SAM/CAM Controllership offices, Corporate Tax & Treasury Department, and Internal Audit Department.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Assist in resolving and closing change requests from NAM/SAM/CAM users.- Conduct end-user training on Oracle EBS Financials modules including (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, AGIS, iExpense, etc.) for NAM/SAM/CAM users.- Partner and assist the Information Services department on strategic initiatives, user-training, and problem resolution for SAM/CAM users.- Respond to ad-hoc financial data requests and serve as the primary analytical point of contact for such analysis requests.- Lead NAM/SAM/CAM projects and also assist IS and Business on regional projects.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NoneJob Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**Skills**:- Project management, troubleshooting, problem solving and communication skills, including exceptional presentation delivery- Knowledge of SQL query tools such as SQL Developer or Toad- Team player possessing the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management- Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and with the ability to properly prioritize- English language fluent or advanced (read, write and speak).**Experience**:- 3-5 years of Global ERP System Implementation (Oracle R12 EBS, Hyperion, etc.) experience- 3-5 years of private or public accounting experience (Desired)- 3-5 years of experience in managing mid to large scaled projects (Desired)- Extensive Oracle R12 EBS system knowledge and proficiencies on most financial modules including AP, AR, GL etc.)- Knowledge Consolidation and Planning systems (Desired)- Proven experience and involvement in database activities, management report design and development**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or System & Business AnalysisPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Mindset and aptitude for process improvement; analyzing process flow and finding opportunities to streamline or create efficiencies- Fast learner capable of multi-tasking in dynamic, fast-paced, fast-growing environment
