- Driving a business opportunity or problem through a discovery to create a business case
- Handling IT incident escalations
- Leading IT projects and enhancements
- Connecting and communicating to business stakeholders and end users
- Partnering with developers to create IT solutions

**Required Profile**
- Experience in 2 areas of Supply Chain (Customer Service, Procurement, Transportation, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing)
- SAP experience preferred
