**Position Summary**

As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and requirements of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding products.

**A day in the life of...**
- Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand the pain points and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing tech and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that all requirements are met.

**What will make you successful**
- Hands on experience with different Talent Acquisition and Onboarding technologies (SuccessFactors is a must)
- Experience with systems integrations.
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment
- Experience resolving technical issues via ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Experience working directly with 3rd party vendors.
- Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, architecture standards

Nice to have:

- Experience with Core HR technologies is a plus.
