Expert It Config & Imp- Sap

We are looking for a **_SAP Basis expert_**, who can implement, operate, upgrade/improve SAP components, and guide vendors (on day to day operations of it) and manage stakeholders (product owner, markets and functional teams).**Most important job responsibilities**:- Deep technical knowledge on Basis area- Understand of the impacts of design/architecture/operation of SAP Landscape has on business operations- Management of security/compliance/risk for his/her components- Stakeholder management- Fluent English (official Globe language)**S**oft skills important to be successful**:- Excellent communication- Teamwork (internal and vendors)- Risk Management- Proactivity**Technical experience required**:- Deep technical knowledge on Basis area to be able to manage the components assigned to him/her with mínimal technical supervision. Experience on Basis areas: installation, upgrade, operation, database management (HANA/DB2/MS-SQL), backup & restore, security, transport management, system integration, high availability, disaster recovery, operations on Cloud; - Good understanding of Service Management discipline, including incident management, problem management, service level management, etc; **Technical experience nice to have**:Cloud management, development skills (scripts, etc), project management.Someone with 10 to 15 years of experience in Basis area, managing complex environments (multiple components, distributed in different geographical areas, with high availability requirements), and that worked with service providers/cloud providers. Also with project and service management experience, and people management skills (technical management of internal or external resources);
