Who you'll work with: You will join our Technology Delivery team within our Enterprise Technology practice, serving end-to-end technology and digital transformations for our priority clients.
What you'll do: Mission Support the day-to-day implementation of technology transformation projects, focusing primarily on the delivery and operationalization of strategic initiatives to achieve significant business outcomes and impact.Maintain direct engagement with the clients and assume responsibility for major components of the project that are critical to successful delivery of the platform.Lead cross-functional teams in implementing project management strategies to achieve project objectives, including scope, schedule, budget, and business results.Focus on delivery assurance to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of strategic recommendations.Improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of clients' business processes and operations in the context of large tech transformations.Identify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis; translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision-makers.Drive clients to action by developing comprehensive plans to implement strategic recommendations and managing their execution.Essential functions Participate in end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects.Establish and implement PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX.Execute project management activities, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, processes, and standards.Help oversee the preparation and refinement of project deliverables, including comprehensive reports and business proposals.Drive continuous improvement of the project management process.Monitor and evaluate project performance against key metrics and take corrective actions as necessary.Support in managing and coaching teams to research and understand the client organization and industry.Identify and capitalize on value creation opportunities in each client situation.Organize the work of the team by allocating clear responsibilities among case-team members.Manage and ensure execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes.Coordinate initiatives and oversee project management processes, standards, and governance.Contribute to key firm building initiatives.About you: Education Required: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science / Engineering, Information management or other tech-related fields.Preferred: MBA, courses in digital/tech transformation.Experience Fluency in English (written and spoken).6+ years of experience in consulting, preferably within the Tech industry.Experience with project management for large tech transformations.Experience collaborating with other vendor partners.Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops.Knowledge, skills and abilities Passionate about technology topics.Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.Experience in developing and managing client relationships.Adept at bridging software and systems expertise with business leadership requirements.Experience using specific project management tools.Ability to assist in preparing and presenting project deliverables.Familiarity with change management techniques.Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective management and working skills.Robust analytical skillset.Ability to multi-task and be a team player.What makes us a great place to work: We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world's best places to work with our "One Bain" culture, a champion of diversity and a model of social responsibility.
