**Core Areas**
- Track and Trace international shipments from overseas and provide updates internally
- Expedite and rectify any delays with inbound Fed Ex Shipments
- Provide Customs Brokers with any missing documents
- Gather all BOM information for US Customs BOM to send to consultant for USMCA approval
- Create USMCA Certificates based on consultant feedback to submit to Customers as requested.
- Obtain Spot Rate Quotes for expedited air shipments
- Provide Spot Rate quotes to requestor for Freight PO from Customer or internal approval
- Collect annual CTPAT forms from 3rd party providers
- Other duties as deemed necessary by leadership
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents for US and Mexican customs.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- 5 Years Experience in US Customs, CTPAT and Logistics experience (ACE knowledge a plus)
- Fluent in English/ Spanish (Reading and Writing)
- 3 Years Experience in Import/Export solutions software.
- Valid Passport and US Visa if Mexican citizen
- Prior management of 3rd party Freight providers
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Classification of HTS for electronics, connectors, wire, plastic, and metal components
- Good communication and leadership
- Ability to work independently
- USMCA experience to provide information and fill out certificates for Customers.
