Export Analyst

**Core Areas**- Track and Trace international shipments from overseas and provide updates internally- Expedite and rectify any delays with inbound Fed Ex Shipments- Provide Customs Brokers with any missing documents- Gather all BOM information for US Customs BOM to send to consultant for USMCA approval- Create USMCA Certificates based on consultant feedback to submit to Customers as requested.- Obtain Spot Rate Quotes for expedited air shipments- Provide Spot Rate quotes to requestor for Freight PO from Customer or internal approval- Collect annual CTPAT forms from 3rd party providers- Other duties as deemed necessary by leadership- Prepare invoices and shipping documents for US and Mexican customs.**Qualifications and Experience**- University degree or equivalent qualification- 5 Years Experience in US Customs, CTPAT and Logistics experience (ACE knowledge a plus)- Fluent in English/ Spanish (Reading and Writing)- 3 Years Experience in Import/Export solutions software.- Valid Passport and US Visa if Mexican citizen- Prior management of 3rd party Freight providers- Proficient in Microsoft office products- Classification of HTS for electronics, connectors, wire, plastic, and metal components- Good communication and leadership- Ability to work independently- USMCA experience to provide information and fill out certificates for Customers.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $6,478.20 - $18,618.79 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
