**Titulo de trabajo: Analista Logistico**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Elaboración de facturas de importación y exportación.
- Guardar una constante comunicacion con el equipo de Logistica a fin de tener un flujo eficiente de productos asegurándose que los envíos estén listos en tiempo y forma.
- Recabar la documentación para el archivo de pedimentos necesarios.
- Elaboración de certificados de origen.
- Revisión y conciliación de pedimentos.
- Revisión y pago de facturas.

**Cualidades**:

- Carrera Tecnica o Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior.
- Minimo 1-2 años de experiência como analista logistico.

**Competencias**:

- Habilidades de gestión del tiempo y la capacidad de priorizar el trabajo según sea necesario
- Analisis de datos para la ejecucion de KPI.
- Conocimientos en paquetería Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Pensamiento estrategico.

**Job Title: Logistic Analyst.**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Develop import and export invoices.
- Maintain constant communication with the Logistics team in order to have an efficient flow of products, ensuring that shipments are on time.
- Collect the documentation for the file of necessary pediments.
- Preparation of certificates of origin.
- Review and conciliation of pediments.
- Review and payment of invoices

**Employment Qualifications**:

- Technical career or Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as administrative assistant.

**Competencies**:

- Time management skills to prioritize work as needed.
- Analysis of data to make KPI reports.
- Knowledge of Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strategic thinking

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Querétaro, Qro.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
