Your expertise in supplier management and strategic sourcing will be essential in developing data-driven strategies and building strong supplier relationships in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with supplier risk management and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
