External Fulfillment Operations Manager

External Fulfillment (EF) includes a variety of programs in which Amazon works hand in hand with a wide range of sellers and vendors to ship products from their warehouses directly to our customers.The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and monitoring the seller's/vendor's facilities from an operations and compliance standpoint. This is achieved through the coordination of their team, as well as internal and external stakeholders.This is a people manager role with six direct reports.Key Job ResponsibilitiesProvide daily follow-up with our sellers/vendors to ensure that all customer orders are processed in a timely manner.Keep the program KPIs on target; the ideal candidate needs to be analytical, knowing how to dive deep on root causes and proposing solutions.Propose standardization and improvements through lean manufacturing techniques.Manage escalations and difficult conversations in English and Spanish with some sellers/vendors and stakeholders, always aiming to keep and improve our customer's experience.Minimum Requirements3+ years of team management experience.3+ years of program or project management experience.3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.3+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.Bachelor's degree.Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries.Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related technical or quantitative field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
