Job Description SummaryLocation: Mexico City #HybridAbout the Role:This is a critical role within the EPRM Operations team located in Mexico City. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and streamline the EPRM assessment process for a particular region or country within Novartis. Additionally, the role entails providing comprehensive support and guidance to business owners on various EPRM related matters.Major Accountabilities:EPRM assessments resolution.Act as a cross-divisional key contact for all questions around EPRM process.Deliver relevant data and information for reporting. Possesses good knowledge of the risk management environment.Perform training facilitation/delivery to relevant stakeholders.Provide services at expected levels with a clear customer focus.Minimum Requirements:University Degree.English (written and spoken).SAP/SNOW knowledge. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Data Analytics.Previous TPRM/EPRM experience is a big plus.Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving. Time Management.Cross Cultural Experience Organization Scope. Good communication skills and analytical proficiencies.Customer service orientation, professional demeanor, reliable.
