Required skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office; Spanish and English mandatory; Proven experience in technical sales and customer service, preferably in the after-sales areas; In-depth technical knowledge of the products or service sold, including their characteristics, operation and application; Familiarity with sales techniques and experience in identifying additional sales opportunities; Proficiency insales tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management); Knowledge of cost calculation, taxes, and margins.
