Extrusion Engineer (Foam) Spectra Strip

Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop new processes to optimize production efficiency.Manage and coordinate technical projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.Develop and maintain process documentation, including technical reviews (TR) that include FMEA, control plan, tooling, equipment, and entitlement analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals. In charge of training IDL staff in understanding and application of standard operation.In charge of creation and updates of machines or process recipes and profiles.Develop plan of improvement through product and technology upgrades. Accountable for the business P&L, meeting and improving financial margins.Coordinate NPI activities to manage introduction of new products meeting quality and productivity standards.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.Customer-focused mindset.Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously.Proven knowledge of the extrusion process.USA Valid Visa.#J-18808-Ljbffr
