Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical role in improving user experiences and informing marketing strategies through data analysis. Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping shape and answer questions that will support critical business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
Requirements Gathering: Engage with internal stakeholders to identify their needs, establishing a comprehensive framework for analytics requests and projects. Analytics Consultation: Serve as the primary resource for web analytics, advising on the use of Adobe Analytics and aligning stakeholder requirements with technical capabilities. Analysis and Insights: Provide in-depth analyses that effectively communicate key findings to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Reports and Dashboards: Develop and maintain the tools necessary for monitoring our digital performance, automating reports and refining dashboards to ensure clarity and precision in our strategies. Data Quality Assurance: Maintain the accuracy and reliability of our data by adhering to best practices and validating that our metrics are consistent and trustworthy. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related concerto of academic achievement. A minimum overture of 2 years in the digital analytics and marketing arena. A keen analytical mind attuned to solving complex problems with grace. Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, with Google Analytics as a valuable second instrument. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present your findings as a captivating story that engages and enlightens.
