Will coordinate and lead activities with the support departments to continually improve our operations.Will be the leader of the supervision team.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.- 3-5 years of experience in production management.- Bilingual 80%KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS- Autonomous and proactive player.- Highly objective-driven and oriented.- Good technical skills.- Very good team player.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Excellent in Continuous Improvement.- Focused on Lean Manufacturing- Knowledge of Fabrication processes.- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.LI-CD2
