.Account Lead LATAMOversee and ensure a consistent high level of service delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) services to the Client. Develop and implement improvements in areas of customer satisfaction, employee services, site operation expense and performance. Execute plans on agreed scope, schedule and within the outlined budget and forecast. Provide a site level IFM strategic plan, detailed process playbooks and site operation manual with escalation matrix for each location.**Responsibilities**:- Establish and maintain an IFM Continuous Improvement Team to determine a standard approach to continuous improvement.- Provide the appropriate level of staffing in numbers and skill sets as approved by RE&F to handle the IFM Services and work volume, and maintain staff skill sets adequate to support delivery of the IFM Services.- Provide adequate and direct supervision of Tier One Vendor management and staff and implement an annual performance based evaluation process.- Provide all dedicated staff with human resources support and development, appropriate to the applicable employee's role.- Leads the adoption of the "one team approach" inspiring the FM Team to deliver a seamless service to the client's occupants, which is efficient, responsive to change and best value- Coaches, trains and develops the FM Team to ensure the performance bar is continually raised- Leads and motivates the FM Team to encourage passion in customer service. Develops talent and adopts career management techniques to employ staff of the highest calibre at all times- Deploys resource strategies, talent and career management techniques to employ people of the highest calibre from all employer organisations at all times- Be involved to the Rhythm of Business ("ROB") as the foundation for enabling the flow of information, setting expectations among stakeholders, and driving RE&F's global Objectives.- Primary point of contact with the client and an integrated team member working alongside other members of the team Commercial- Prepare and submit for approval an account management business plan including job descriptions, succession planning, and key goals for each year of the contract, and measure the Tier One Vendor POC on the outcome of the business plan.- Work in partnership with RE&F to fully understand business objectives and to define projects, programs, client facing activities, funding requirements & change management.- Able to challenge and improve all aspects of cost and performance of the business**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.MBA degree.Desirable: MCR desirable, WEL, PMI, others+10 years' of experience.Desirable: experience working in technology industry.Fluent in Spanish and English. Desirable: Portuguese.Experience with regional teams (more than 20 countries)Availability to travel.Able to have instant credibility by using developed influencing skills is also essential
