WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a team player with strong project management and communication skills.
Sense of urgency, strategic thinking and passion for Retail environments and the Nike brand.
Our Facilities & New Stores Coordinator delivers and maintains world class Nike Retail Environments for Consumers and Store Teams, while protecting the future of sport:

- Manage, maintain, and preserve store environments at optimal conditions for Consumers & Athletes (Store team)
- Protect the Brand and the Environment with minimum disruption to business.
- Coordinate New Store Opening process through Milestone Meetings for all Nike Direct Owned Stores.
- Deliver and execute Nike's Geo and Global strategy for Facilities, New Stores and Nike Direct Sustainability

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- STORE MAINTENANCE
- Operation of Store services and programs: general maintenance and repairs, cleaning and pest control, sustainability programs.
- Service Channel (digital tool) management.
- Program execution and monitoring (performance management).
- Work order management.
- Vendor coordination and new vendor on boarding.
- Point of contact for store teams.
- Emergency response.
- STORE SUPPLIES
- Supplies list management.
- COVID-19 retail response (Nike Face masks distribution, store cleaning, disinfection and supplies).
- FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION
- Stores P&L spend/financial controlling
- Budget management.
- SUSTAINABILITY
- Territory point of contact.
- (new stores, remodels, relocations and store closures).
- Lead and coordinate project planning sessions (Milestone Meetings) with cross functional Nike Direct team.
- New Store openings checklist owner.
Report financial closure 7 weeks after opening.
Q4 projects financial closure should be delivered 2 weeks prior to the end of fiscal year.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
- Mexico Stores:

- Store Management (Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach)
- Store leads (back of house, front of house).
- Maintenance, cleaning & pest control, store supplies, sustainability consultants, etc.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or Related Engineering.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of critical facilities installations.
- Knowledge of supplier management for specialized services.
- Understand the basic technical aspects of a commercial property (HVAC in communication rooms or site, cooling system, PCI systems, mechanical and electrical system, BMS system).
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret business contracts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Ability to manage platforms for registration and monitoring of maintenance tickets.
