.Responsible for the operation and proper functioning of a HQ with +1.7k employees in Aguascalientes and CDMX, as well as the management of all the general services. Coordination of all the car fleet for the management team and internal use (+400 cars). Creation and implementation of strategies to improve employee engagement and cost reduction. Budget management +100M pesos per year, including OPEX and CAPEX.**Key Responsibilities**:With directly report to Sr Manager of NMEX Corporate Services and dotted line to Deputy Director of NRFM Human Resources.Create and ensure the accomplishment of strategy for Facilities, Services, Company Car, Safety and Security in NRFM and all subsidiaries.Ensure the Budget accomplishment and correct use of resources, always with the correct evaluation of Cost-Benefit analysis.Lead the local Projects of Investment (CAPEX) and Expenses (OPEX) with cross-functional focus.Maintain the facilities and services of the Site in optimal conditions, with a predominantly preventive and/or predictive approach, anticipating the corrective one. Includes energy management (electricity, water, fuel, A/C, etc.)To detect the opportunities and develop the necessary improvements in the managed facilities and services.To manage the new facilities necessities and/or new services, related with the operation and organizational growth in the location.Ensure the correct management of the Facilities and Services Team through a assertive leadership.Is responsible of Safety and Security areas of the NRFM Site.Is the main responsible of internal vendors management (Dining Room, Security, Transport, Cleaning, Facilities Management, Construction, etc.)Maintain updated the Legal Service Contracts and/or PSE (Specialized Services Suppliers), in alignment with Purchasing, Legal and Finance departments.Report hot issues to Sr Manager of NMEX Corporate Services and Deputy Director of NRFM Human Resources to explain in Management Committee or other.**Education/Certifications**:Civil Eng. / Mechanical Eng. / Electro-Mechanical Eng.Previous Work ExperienceFacilities and Equipment maintenance (5 years).Investment Project Management in Corporate-Industrial Sector (3 years).Management of construction projects, including vendor management of all related disciplines (civil, electrical, metal-mechanical, plumbing, utilities, fire prevention system, CCTV, etc. (3 years).Management of General Services in Industrial Sector (3 years).Comprehensive Fleet Management for above 400 cars volume (2 years).Management of Safety and Security areas (2 years).Other Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesOfficial Construction Rules (NOMS y STPS).Official Mexican Rules related with Facilities and Workspaces.Quality, order, and cleanliness methodologies (e.G., ISO, 5S', etc.)Electrical substations, generators and Fire Prevention System knowledge related with offices, warehouses, and industrial sector.Budget Control Processes and Systems (ideal SAP)
