**Description**Facilities Assistant is responsible for the overall development, standardization and implementation of company-wide tools, policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and maximize Facilities productivity.
**In this role you will**:- Oversee, perform, and record all preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure proper performance and quality standards are met.- Manage the implementation and enforcement of safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance- Oversee the planning of equipment and building maintenance- Gather and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, organization or governmental regulations and construction feasibility- Plan, budget, and schedule facilities modifications including estimates, bids, contacts, and labor/material requirements- Inspect the construction and installation to ensure compliance with established specification, space allocation, layout, and timetables- Maintain facility security systems- Submit requisitions for expenditures- Investigate health and safety issues and work with Human Resources and Site Director of Operations to resolve such issues as air quality, pest control, and ergonomic requests- Coordinate with government inspectors**We are looking for someone who has**:- At least a Bachelors/College Degree.
