Join in and feel the difference.Descripción del empleoLeader for Facilities team; work together with themto achieve targets within Facilities department.**Responsabilities**- Assure services supply of energy, Fire Protection System, HVAC, Cooling water, Humidity, Legal compliance.- Coordinate services for housekeeping, gardening, fumigation.- Assure compliance for audit certification such as, C-TPAT, IATF, OHSAS, ISO, etc.- Project lead for installation of new production lines and relocation of current equipment.- Lead building expansions at Bosch Celaya.- Coordinate all building maintenance, office renovation and new construction projects.- Management of business plan.- Energy management.- Supervise staff and support associates- Supervising suppliers working at Bosch for FCM- Internal customer satisfaction- Manage Facilities team**Requisitos**:- At least 5 years of experience related to building and energy supply equipment maintenance at industry.- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or similar- Team leadership (experience working as Group Leader)- Customer orientation- Future vision- English proficiency- Project development and executionInformación adicionalBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
