**YOUR ROLE**
- Supervise team in general services such as building maintenance, cleaning, security, vehicles, etc. to support daily operational needs on site
- Organizes and maintains the schedule of general service activities
- Obtains and reviews reports / data in respective area and submits results on a regular basis
- Identifies improvement opportunities and develops systematic approach to achieve them
- Coordinates external service providers in the area of responsibility
- Coordinates external service providers in the area of responsibility

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, executives, and external vendors.
- Proficiency English
- Budget Management: Ability to create and manage budgets for various facility-related expenses, such as maintenance, repairs, supplies, and equipment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Dedication to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, providing timely solutions, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries, complaints, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Microsoft Excel and Word: Proficiency in using spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel for budgeting, data analysis, and reporting, as well as word processing software like Microsoft Word for documentation and correspondence.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee facility-related projects, including renovations, relocations, and equipment installations, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
