.Your tasksESH Responsibility:- To inform your superiors of what abnormalities (risks, hazards) you are exposed in your areas regarding environmental, safety and health issues (ISO14001 /- ISO45001 / ISO50001) and follow up for the elimination or reduction of hazardous risks or risks.- To be aware of all the risks associated with your work area, daily, routine, non-routine and emergency, as well as report any incidents before the plant.- To know the internal objectives and goals of ESH systems, ESH policy and energy policy and to participate in the implementation of them.Leadership Responsibility:Compliance of instructions, personnel management (if applies), timely communication and and incentive the continual improvement.- Ensure that an Energy Management System (EnMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 50001 within the framework of the existing ESH Management- Report to the top management on the performance of the energy management system for review, including recommendations for improvement.- Create and lead an Energy Management Team, which is authorized by the Plant Manager.- Report to top management on energy performance.- Ensure that the planning of energy management activities is designed to support the organization's energy policy.- Define and communicate responsibilities and authorities in order to facilitate effective energy management.- Determine criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of the EnMS are effective.- Promote awareness of the energy policy and objectives at all levels of the organization.- Conduct and document an energy planning process.- Develop, record, and maintain an energy review.- Establish an energy baseline(s) and identify energy performance indicators.- Establish, implement and maintain documented energy objectives and targets.- Ensure that requirements with regard to competence, training, awareness and communication are being met.- Ensure that requirements with regard to the identification and planning of operations and maintenance activities are being met.- Ensure that ISO 50001 requirements with regard to the procurement of energy services, products, equipment and energy are being met.- Ensure that requirements with regard to monitoring, measurement and analysis as well as the evaluation of compliance with legal requirements and other.- Identify and address corrective and preventive action.- Prepare an annual energy management review, which conforms to ISO 50001 requirements.- Document energy management relevant records and documents within the scope of the local ESH Management System in cooperation with the ESH Manager.- Participate at internal (if applicable: external) audits of the Energy Management System.- Other energy management tasks according to local and national requirements and demands, if necessary
