We're using the most advanced technology to create rewarding opportunities, amazing spaces and sustainable real estate solutions for our clients, our people and our communities.Below listed key responsibilities to serve as a guideline, but are not limited to.Facilities CoordinatorFacility Management:*Coordinate site operations accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.*Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times and the provision of a safe workplace.*Manage repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests, tracking to completion.*Provide information and direction to vendors and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with mínimal disruption.*Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.*Coordinate the delivery of site amenities which may include: fitness, food services, massage, transportation, support space planning activity and moves as required and acting as the site key point of contact.*Ensure statutory compliance as pertains to JLL scope of work adhering to local regulations.*Provide coordination and support events, meeting and conference facilities as required.*Provide the following services as may be applicable to the site: reception and guest support, new hire orientation, mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance, landlord relations that are not pertaining the lease and management of building access passes.*Assist in carrying out safety and emergency response activities as directed.Finance Management:*Assist with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary.*Identify and respond to any financial or budgeting related issues.*Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in finance systems.*Manage payments to Vendors where applicable, using available systems, complying with relevant policies.*Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards.*Ensure compliance within delegated financial and contractual authorities.Workplace Management:*Adhere to client's workplace strategy by rolling out required solutions and technologies in timely and cost effective fashion
