We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Facilities Coordinator Lead to join our team with an extraordinary customer service focus. You will have the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and customers at all levels in your day-to-day work.DescriptionYou will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of our company's facilities services, supervising a team of facilities vendors, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct supervision to vendors and drive quality of work and goals.Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and logs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, reporting deficiencies as needed.Ensure team compliance with agreed SLA's and meaningful metrics.Select, develop, and evaluate personnel and vendor support, to ensure the efficient operations of all services.Provide training to new team members and vendor leads, to ensure that they are up to speed within our internal systems and processes.OPEX budget management and oversight.Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Act as advisor to department and become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.Prepare regular reports, perform audits on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements.Drive functional and operational excellence of all projects and programs by providing consistent and prescriptive feedback to all cross-functional teams including real estate, design, innovation, standards, merchandising, direct sourcing, security, IS&T, etc.Provide significant expertise and experience with the upkeep and function of buildings, building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing), machinery, landscape, and quality improvement projects.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of hands-on facilities management experience working in a fast-paced multi-site environment, with a demonstrated focus in operating buildings as corporate spaces, making them outstanding workplaces.Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Preferred QualificationsHigh level of customer service – effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner across all levels of organization.Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address any issues that arise
