Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Engineer role involves applying engineering principles to design, modify, or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment, or processes used in processing or manufacturing products.What a typical day looks like:Analyzes facility products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine designs that existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods can produce.Research facility products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to define designs that existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods can produce.Research engineering proposals, process requirements, and related technical data about industrial facilities machinery and equipment design.Defines feasibility of designing new plant facilities equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning, and other technical and economic factors.Provides technical facilities information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations affecting long-range plant and product engineering planning.Compiles and research facilities research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment.Studies engineering and technical publications to keep abreast of technical changes and developments in the industry.Uses computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.Guides projects and project teams.Manufacturing plant construction in a cGMP industry; preferably in Medical Devices or Pharma.Facilities Engineering construction activity at MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) discipline.Fault/Root Cause Analysis and Review (FRACAS).Utilities (steam, cooling media, heating media, water systems, compressed air).The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.Mid experience in a similar position in the medical industry.English intermediate.Matter Expertise in one or more areas: clean rooms, Walk-in Coolers & Freezers, RO/DI Water systems, Waste Neutralization, Compressed gas distribution systems, vacuum systems, Process chillers, and non-clean utilities.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.Life Insurance.Job Category: Operations#J-18808-Ljbffr
