**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Manage the facility operation (or operations if multiple sites), through both direct employees and third-party service providers- Ensure facilities will meet needs of multiple individual projects and coordinate with IT staff for technological needs.- Evaluate and select machinery and equipment for installation- Supervise procurement and maintenance and upgrades of furniture, utilities, security systems and signage for the overall facility- Utility management including, electrical, water, gases, cooling, and heating- Recommend capital improvements and prepares operating budget reports.- Ensures all on site work has approval from business unit management before any work begins. Ensures all requisition - PO - invoices are correlated and payment processes are completed within specified time.- Maintaining the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities.- Manages insurance coverage for building.- Inspect structure of building and determine if repairs are needed.- Supervise renovations and additions.- Oversee housekeeping.- Transport, dispose of, or relocate office equipment and furniture.- Evaluate and adjust energy expenditures.- Install greener appliances and fixtures to reduce energy output.- Advise staff on how to reduce utility bills.- Perform facility plant equipment obsolescent planning, budgeting and replacement.- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.- Solve daily problems to maintain production.- Provide leadership to the team.**QUALIFICATIONS**:**Minimum Qualifications**:(education, experience level, knowledge, skills, designations/certifications).- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.- 4 plus years' experience in facilities or maintenance department at supervisory level.- Bilingual English-Spanish- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel and Power Point)- Well-developed presentation skills- Budget management experience.- Ability to work with others on a team to accomplish goals.- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, maintain detailed and accurate records, and prepare clear and concise written reports.- Familiarity with regulations and building codes- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software.- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.- Ability to prepare engineering specifications, statements of work, and estimates for a wide range of facility related projects.- Knowledge of architectural designs, building codes, construction/project management principles.**COMPETENCIES**:- Ability to work with others on a team to accomplish goals.- Demonstrating Ethics and Integrity- Communicating Effectively- Providing Customer Service- Building and Maintaining Relationships- Developing Others- Analysis, Solving Problems and Making Decisions- Drive and Sense of Urgency- Achieving Outcomes and Optimizing Processes, Procedures and Practices- Managing Change- Taking Risk and Innovating- Managing and Developing Yourself—Self Awareness
