Purpose Statement: Plan and manage all aspects of building development and construction projects and maintenance.Key Job Accountabilities:- Plan, organize, schedule and supervise the design, construction, renovation and repair of the building.- Manage the relationship with suppliers.- Manage policies, procedures and instructions for safety and maintenance.- Support projects to reduce energy costs.- Be responsible for the operation and improvement of Safety and Maintenance systems; to lead technical operations and provide solutions.- Develop criteria and performance specifications for equipment that must comply with certain operating conditions and construction rules.- Evaluate completed work and check if it complies with the specifications.Additional Accountabilities:- Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.- 1 year of related experience is required.- NFPA70e certificate.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:- Advanced decision-making and problem solving capabilities.- The employee must be self-motivated, having the ability to work individually and in a team.- The employee must have good oral and written communication skills.- The employee must have the ability to carry out more tasks and projects at the same time.- The employee must work safely at all times and keep the confidentiality of customer and company information.- The employee must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and high quality standards.Work Environment:- The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
