Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise and coordinate a group of Maintenance Supervisors, act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operationsUnderstand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.Prepare, define, review and agree CM, PM and PdM plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization's maintenance goals.Constantly adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.Coordinate all the facilities engineers to keep in good conditions the buildingCoordinate all the activities to be in compliance with the regulatory requirementsMinimize the number of interruptions once work begins.Establish job goals for the maintenance workforce.Provide immediate insights into potential labor shortages (or excesses).Develop, prepare and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance checklists and other standardized proceduresHigh technical experience in all the facilities areas (HVAC, Compressors, Electrical Substation, FPS, FASControl and improve consumptions in water, natural gas, electricityMaintenance Software Experience (preferably)KPI (Key Performance Indicators) DrivenKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONSMore than 5 years experience leading Maintenance supervisorsMore than 5 years as a general supervisor in facilitiesHigh knowledge in electromechanical installationsHigh knowledge in TPMHigh knowledge in STPS and Mexican NOM'sTHE ROAD SHOULD BELONG TO EVERYONE.We still live in a world where many feel the road is for other people.
