**Our Team**
Responsible to perform engineering studies and tests to determine tool and equipment requirements for Facility operations. Prepares procurement and acceptance specifications for equipment required to support Facilities work methods, systems, and procedures.
**What You will do
- Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services and identify resources need.
- Support other applicable standards like ISO 14000.
- Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures; participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Supervises staffs in providing Facilities engineering supports to the plants including maintaining all facilities/building concerned drawing/data/operation manual.
- Participate in the preparation and administration of the facility maintenance budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures; prepare cost estimates; submit justifications for equipment; monitor budget expenditures.
- Develop Plan routings maintenance of equipment and machinery and Safety inspection program for facilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent.
- Strong knowledge in Automation.
- Working knowledge of facilities systems as general power substations, air compressors, HVAC, chilled process water and energy management
- Working knowledge statistical and engineering methods to implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Experience in SAP/MRP systems

- Previous experience
- Conversational English - Advanced.
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of 3D solids CAD
