This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs, managing critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems (BMS), and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure optimal functioning of the facility, supporting production needs and driving continuous improvement in maintenance operations.What You'll Do:Maintenance Management and Planning:Oversee the maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and building management systems.Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all facility assets.Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production and other operations.Team Leadership and Development:Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, shift leads, and support staff.Provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Systems and Process Optimization:Drive the implementation of systems such as BMS, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and other technologies to enhance maintenance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.Ensure the optimization of energy consumption and sustainability practices within the facility.Compliance and Safety:Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and maintenance activities, implementing corrective actions where needed
