Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionInspect and maintain all facilities equipment, including but not limited to: HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical power, electrical control, and lighting.
Roles & Responsibilities: Perform maintenance of facilities equipment as required by CMMS work orders and/or supervisor.Comply with all safety and security rules while performing daily duties.Perform logs of water and power meters as required.Analyze assigned jobs and compile a list of materials to request from the supervisor when applicable.KPIs: Assigned programmed work orders closed on time.
