Company DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Facility Manager, you are responsible for the availability and proper functioning of infrastructure and real estate. You will oversee the planning, awarding, and management of trades, repairs, conversion/new construction measures, and building security in Mexico and Latin America.Your responsibilities include:Searching for new lease locations and supporting property management during lease negotiations.Coordinating relocations and restructuring of work areas, as well as planning and implementing maintenance and repair work.Planning, monitoring, controlling, and optimizing property-related costs and budgets.Developing standards for the use and equipment of office, production, development, logistics, and assembly areas, while initiating, monitoring, and implementing measures and projects to achieve strategic corporate goals.Introducing suitable tools and processes in project management, energy management, space management, relocation management, maintenance, visitor support, building cleaning, and security.Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings, including monitoring energy consumption and environmental impact.QualificationsEducation: A degree in industrial engineering, facility management, or a comparable field of study.Experience and know-how: Several years of relevant professional experience, with knowledge of commercial tenancy law, SAP CAFM, CAD, and relevant technical guidelines, standards, and laws. Experience in project and FCM-Budget management is also required.Personality and working method: Enjoy working in an international virtual team, with a responsible and conscientious approach. Strong customer and service orientation, good communication skills, and effective time management and coordination skills are essential.Language: Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills in addition to the local language are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
