**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**?Purchases and travel- Monitor and manage the company's property, equipment and supplies acquisitions.- Guarantee all needed supplies for the office (beverages, fruits, stationary items)- Organize and coordinate the administration activities and procedures.- Organizes business travel (rental services and hotel booking)HR- Supervise all process for new joiners & leavers preparing (office cards, workstations)- Collaborate in health and Safety programs & management systems- Cooperate with PDR activities (internal and external events).Finance- Provide budget estimations and costs control.- Covers basic accounting tasks (creates requests, submit orders and monitor invoices in the internal platform)- Physical Asset controlReports- Support and provide information for the internal Audit requirements.Suppliers Management- Direct communication with suppliers to schedule maintenance activities- Contract and Prices negotiation follow up- Set SLA´s according to the nature of the service**Qualifications and Experience**:**Mandatory qualifications**?- Graduate degree in Administration or similar, with a post-college qualification (Human Resources Management)- 10-6 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology industry.- Advanced English level.- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
