Responsible for overseeing safety program activities at multiple sites, assessing and valuing physical space requirements, and estimating costs related to facilities activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDirects facilities programs across multiple sites and ensures compliance with government regulations for access control.Leads a team of facilities professionals dedicated to planning, organizing, and scheduling maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of the organization's facilities to ensure proper maintenance of the organization's facilities and equipment.Establishes relationships and contracts with service providers, including qualified tradespeople, general maintenance employees, or external contractors who build, maintain, and repair systems, buildings, and utility equipment, to ensure operational objectives are met.Requirements7 to 10 years of facilities management experience, preferably in the industrial sector.Strong knowledge of building structures, HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire safety.Experience managing low-voltage electrical systems.Knowledge of HVAC, chillers, air handlers, crew providers, and crew policies.Understanding of high and low-pressure air systems.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and conversational intermediate English.Advanced proficiency in Excel.Ability to lead and manage a team of 8 facilities technicians.Proactive attitude, team-oriented, and excellent collaboration skills with vendors.Versatility to multitask and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of and compliance with applicable facilities standards and regulations.BenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and improving our programs as necessary.Our Commitment to YouOur greatest assets are the experience, creativity, and passion of our employees.
