Elaborates Capital Projects for new machinery and building requirements.- Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.- Develops and manages a preventive and predictive maintenance plan driving reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.- Schedules repair, maintenance and installation of machines tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.- Analyzes current productions processes and new product plans in order to determine equipment needs and/or modifications.- Requests the purchasing of machinery equipment and tools, supervising the delivery on schedule of these purchases.- Responsible for machinery transfers and installations.- Responsible for Facilities Tool Room & Tool Crib Areas.- Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.- Inspects construction and installation progress.- Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.- Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of facility.- Develops and administers the annual budget.
