Do you dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE · Ensure cost transparency across Buildings Cost Centers by performing facilities services oversight mapping
· Reduce service complexity by defining key process indicators based on local business requirements
· Develop the Corporate Real Estate strategy to accompany local business needs and guarantee the correct spent of resources, including participation in real estate projects
· Review and approves building / facilities services invoices as per supporting documentation to ensure quality of service delivery for Guadalajara´s locations
· Lead periodic meetings with Facilities team to identify areas of opportunities, procedures improvements and issues escalation
· Main responsible of the Canteens operation in the country, maintaining a high standard on quality and food innocuousness control.
YOUR SKILLS · Understanding of building systems and maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
· Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
· Effective leadership skills to oversee and manage a facilities team.
· The ability to identify and solve complex problems related to facility operations and maintenance.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, executives, and external vendors.
· Proficiency English
