The Facility Manager will have a thorough understanding of all aspects of building operations, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.Must be able to operate as a team member, support the Senior Facility Manager, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and have strong customer service skills supporting the client, contractors, and team members.**What is your day to day?**- Development of operational and capital budgets for assigned properties; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the Account.- Oversee the site monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to the client.- Oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services with direction from Sr Facility manager.- Develop and monitor preventive maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and emergency backup systems.- Support the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client.- Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.- Manage vendor relationship, operations, finances, and overall vendor contract performance.- Source local services needed to perform day to day operations through 3rd party suppliers.- Supervise building technician on day-to-day activities, identify opportunities to grow building technician's skillset and identify self-performance opportunities.- Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.- Drive and promote safety culture including subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.- Support and implement as necessary safety tools, Pre-Task Plans, Safe Operating Practices, Safety Observation tours and Incident Investigations.**Desired experience and technical skills**- BS in a technical degree (preferred)- +5 years of related technical work experience, including supervisory experience
