They are our subject matter experts who provide guidance to the Facilities team as they strive to provide a world-class environment that will allow our teammates to be their best at work.They are expected to provide thoughtful leadership guided by the TaskUs Core Values in running the site. The TaskUs brand shall be evident through the quality of service your team provides to anyone who walks into our locations - from maintaining cleanliness, ensuring everyone is safe, giving quality meals, and keeping the whole site in good working condition.Key Responsibilities:Administrative and Site Management:Able to work with a diverse group of people of different cultures and nationalities.Solicit constant feedback on the site and working conditions from employees by implementing regular walkthroughs, focus group discussions, surveys, and attending site leadership forums, and provide timely resolution to concerns.Formulate programs that will increase employee's work efficiency and job satisfaction.Customer-oriented but can call out anyone if needed.Anticipate internal and external scenarios that can affect the company in terms of deadlines and impact to business.
