**Your position.**Will be responsible for supporting the administrative piece of day-to-day building administrative maintenance and work order requests from operations - an average of 125 per month work orders. Also, will be responsible for close follow-up with security and cleaning vendors regarding billing, worked hours vs billing, and material deliveries.
