Job DescriptionWill be responsible for supporting the administrative peace of day-to-day building administrative maintenance and work order requests from operations, averaging 125 work orders per month.
Also, will be responsible for close follow-up with security and cleaning vendors regarding billing, worked hours vs billing, and material deliveries.
