TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.**What your background should look like**:- Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical, Electrical,Electronic, Mechatronic Industrial, Energy- 3 Years of Maintenance services operation experience.- Good analytical skills to solve mechanical and electrical problemsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:- High level of mechanical and electrical Skills for analysis and solve problems- 3 - 4 years of Maintenance services Operation.- Availability for work overtime, shift changes and attend urgency out of labor hours- Supervision and revision of contractor activities.- Delegate, coordinate, and training technicians.- Able to work under stress, organized, results-oriented.- Knowledge of Facilities Services is a plus (Facility construction/maintenance).- Have the ability to deal and negotiate with clients and understand their needs well**Responsibilities**:Execution and Control of maintenance services to the different equipment and systems under the operations of the facilities department such as:- Electrical maintenance.- Compressed air systems.- Contractor coordination for quotes and services- Air conditioning and ventilation systems.- Domestic water systems hydropneumatics systems.- Maintenance of the building in general.- Fire protection systems.- Cold Water Systems (Chillers)- Lighting systems- UPS- Contractor coordination for quotes and services**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
