Facilities Superintendent (Psg)

**EMPRESA IMPORTANTE****Solicita**:**Facilities superintendent (PSG)****Descripción y Requisitos****Main Responsibilities**:Implement, maintain and execute a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule according to equipment needs, verify the correct execution of such plan and ensure the correct operation of the building equipment's (Compressors, Chillers, Electric substation, Plant lightning, etc). Also lead and coordinate a group of technicians to comply with all the tasks regarding facilities maintenance, including but not limited to: Corrective, predictive & preventive maintenance, inspect the buildings to ensure its appropriate functioning, production and kaizen events support, etc. Additionally, support cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the different plans, where the facilities support is needed.**Knowledge**:Mechanical/mechatronic engineer or related fieldExperience with plant equipment such as: Ramps, compressors, lightning, etc5 yrs of experience in a similar positionExperience managing Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for building and facilities equipmentExperience in Hydraulics, PLC's, Compressors, Chillers, electric infrastructure,Civil engineering knowledge (Desirable)English 90%Manufacturing process knowledgeProficient in MS OfficeProficient in Lean Manufacturing**Competencies**:LeadershipResults oriented professional.Quality and continuous improvementGood communication skillsProactive and self-drivenTeamwork enforcerSense of urgencyWork under pressureWork on an open schedulePuesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
