Facilities Supervisor

Job Description**Responsibilities**:- Responsible of Facilities team technicians, manage the request on both sites.- Manage sites in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures, and contract scope- Management for maintenance of janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, critical systems, HVAC, and others as needed- Ensure compliance with all health and safety, environment, and risk management policies and procedures in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager- Manage onsite amenities including office, food services, and other key areas- Any other activities to support site operations, including, but not limited to moves/reconfigurations, events, reception, and mail services- Manage vendor purchase orders, invoices, and payments- Lead, manage, develop, and supervise a professional friendly, creative, energetic, and detail-oriented team- Analyze project costs and work within agreed to budgets- Be competitive in terms of availability, service levels, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and safety, and environmentQualifications and Attributes:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field desirable- 5 years experience in Facilities- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field
