.**Job Summary**Will be responsible for managing the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for the facilities equipment, leading the work team to achieve the best results, focused on reducing equipment downtime, as well the improvements that can be implemented to the different teams to obtain the highest efficiency from them.Work as a team with related departments to meet the requirements that may be needed according to the needs of the plant.This is a leadership role where the individual is responsible for providing direction, guidance and support for all direct and indirect reports. Individual will be primarily responsible for the safety, efficiency, productivity, engagement and overall effectiveness of the equipment engineering improvement workforce.
