What You Will Do
- Cleaning assistant monitoring in assigned areas.
- Keep your area and production lines under a standard 5s, conducts audits 5s.
- Execute the tasks assigned following safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Detects reports and eliminate conditions that may be causing accidents (near miss).
- Performs preventive maintenance based on pre-defined routines, also it proposes the inclusion of new tasks based on their experience and that impact to ensure the functionality of the equipment.
- It supports the production area to emerging failures corresponding to our area, solving the problem effectively and caring team intervention time not significantly impact on deliveries.
- Make the closure of work orders preventive and corrective maintenance performed during their turn in the maintenance system connection at the time of completion.
- Participate in problem solving according to the requirements of maintenance department least likewise involves other areas in the realization of these.
- Implements kaizen and A3
- Send reports mentioning turn to the most important faults and as resolved, your time involvement and pending fault that remain to follow.
- Carry out security guards with hand tools, you can weld if the machine requires it.
- Attend all courses to be scheduled and approved assessments.
- Other activities assigned by your direct manager.
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
What You Need
- Technician career
- Understanding of electronic, pneumatics, hydraulic, Mechanicals and cooling system
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electric, electronic systems schematics, and technical manuals
- Knowledge in Medium Voltage, Electrical Installations, Pneumatics,
- Knowledge in compressors
- Knowledge in electrical substations
- Plumbing
- Management of hand tools, electrical equipment measurement and electrical theory
- Must be able to follow verbal and/or written instructions by company supervisory personnel, Co-workers and vendor representatives.
- Capable of creating and processing work orders within a computerized maintenance-management system.
- High school or Technical career in: mechanics, electromechanics, electrical
- Experience in facilities Electric, pneumatic and without fear of heights
2-4 years of related experience
