1) During project phase involved in project Design?Construction?Commissioning and Qualification as end user to support global central function team. And deliver knowledge and experience during project and startup phase to prepare, establish for Mexico queretaro factory.2) Responsibility for the normal operation of facilities, such as fire alarm system, air-compress system, HVAC, chiller, dust collection etc., reducing unscheduled downtime.3) Review the supplier construction plan, on site supplier management and be responsible for the construction result to ensure the quality and reliability.4) Responsible for maintaining factory buildings and communicating with plant lossor.5) Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness.1) New factory establishment under local regulations and follow the plan from global central function;Setup standardization of facility work flow;- Manage the definition and monitoring of contracts with suppliers or subcontractors.- Responsible for monitoring facility projects and regular maintenance of facility equipments; - Analyze energy consumption and submit summary report monthly,including but not limited to water,electricity ,gas and compressed air, etc.,- Leading energy saving project and cost down with cross-function teamCommunicating indicators and ensuring the identification of effective preventive/corrective actionsabout you:- Strong communication skills- Good listener / Good speaker.- 3-5 years experience in the similar position- Familiar with Manufacturing & Process industry.- Preferbaly experience with set-up of new facility- Familiar with facility equipment, and Rich hands-on experiences with facility equipment operations and maintenance.- Familiar with facility equipment principle, familiar with equipment maintenance and repair process.- Able to repair and maintain facility equipment and engage in on-site work.Experience with energy conservation projects.Pay: From $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in 76260, Querétaro, Qro.Expected Start Date: 01/01/2025
