What will you do?
Handles the local real estate lifecycle maintenance and customer specific maintenance.
Responsabilities:
°Generate work orders to follow maintenance schedules.
°Coordinate contractors & technical specifications within building and maintenance activities.
°Organice information and keep evidence according to regulations.
"* Ensures the properly execution of maintenance projects and knows the set of technical assets/equipment.
- Responsible for the achievement of the project targets in agreed quality, maintenance volume/budget and timelines.
- Handles the local real estate lifecycle maintenance and customer specific maintenance.
- Plans and manages technical projects in order to ensure successful implementation.
- Develops and implements technical concepts/projects in order to reduce costs, e.g., maintenance and opex and advises the Project Management and customers in building technology aspects.
- Responsible for the execution of local EHS-aspects and to minimize risks in order to ensure legally compliant operation and live zero harm culture.
- Ensures adherence to maintenance principles, guideline and processes.
- Steers/ensures the adherence to local building standards and regulations, including proper documentation of owned buildings in asset register.
- Maintains kowledge and good understanding about the technical assets/equipment and its conditions.
- Understands technical interferences and impacts of the technical assets/equipment, taking sustainability and EHS in maintenance into account.
- Understands the cost structure of technical assets/equipment and drivers in detail and monitor the given budget for your projects.
- Acts as local interface to Facility Management Providers for hard services.
- Steers and tracks delivery of hard facility services and review existing services regarding provider quality and customer demand.
- Supports the evaluation and selection of outsourced vendor and service provider for hard facility services."
What will you need to succeed?
°Knowledge in construction methods, hydraulic and electrical services.
°Experienced in Autocad.
°Read and design architectural drawings.
°Architecture, Civil Engineer or related.
°2 years of experience in related areas or activities.
°Highly oriented to organization and time management.
