Facility Maintenance Supervisor - Commercial

Supervision of plant improvements projects, Continuous improvement of the facilities area. Compliance with energy consumption and savings policies, Teamwork with all company areas.**Responsibilities**:- Supervision, responsibility for ensuring plant infrastructure.- Personnel Management- Housekeeping team reports directly to this position.- Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs and procedures.- Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance is appropriately scheduled and performed.- Contact with different suppliers related to the operation of the building.- Guarantee the optimal functioning of the facilities.Qualifications:Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical career or related. Requires at least 5 years related position. Knowledge of generators, HVAC, Compressor and Electrical Substations. Knowledge in civil works. Knowledge of Firefighting Systems. Detail Oriented and ability to problem solve effectively. Leadership skills required to coordinate and work with all company areas. Interpretation of civil, electrical and mechanical plans.
